Russia lashes out as U.S. ship arrives in Georgia

A U.S. Coast Guard ship carrying humanitarian aid docked in the Georgian Black Sea port of Batumi Wednesday, as Georgia’s Western allies renewed their criticism of Russia amid escalating tensions.
