All Black Cowan faces disciplinary hearing

All-Blacks scrum-half Jimmy Cowan will face a New Zealand Rugby Union disciplinary hearing in Wellington on Tuesday, after his second arrest in seven weeks for disorderly behavior at a bar, team management announced on Monday.
